5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments: Customers must notify us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• Refund Policy: Refunds for prepaid services or deposits are granted on a case-by-case basis, considering the circumstances of the cancellation.

Failure to provide timely notice may result in forfeiture of prepaid amounts.

6. Vehicle Liability and Storage

• Vehicles left on our premises for repairs are stored under reasonable care and security measures. However, Advanced Auto Clinic is not liable for damage caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, theft, vandalism, or severe weather.
• Customers must retrieve their vehicles promptly after service completion. Vehicles left unclaimed for over 30 days may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned, with actions taken in accordance with Wisconsin state law.

7. Warranty Policy

• We offer warranties on specific repairs and parts, as detailed in your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts are subject to their respective terms.
• Any warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of service completion. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent unauthorized repairs.
